The 12-bar pressure shock-resistant system incorporates the MOST™ concept, ensuring supreme operator safety and compliance with ATEX (Directive 2014/34/EU). Unique features such as C-flanges prevent explosion pressure transfer, while QASV ensures containment of explosions within 20 milliseconds. The system also offers customizable charging, discharging, and WIP (wash-in-place) configurations to enhance efficiency and safety during granulation and pellet processing. The exclusive X•ONE command process control system allows intuitive and secure monitoring, compliant with GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11.
