Flow wrapper for preformed pieces

In the confectionery industry, maintaining a high-speed wrapping process without product contamination is crucial. Traditional chain feeding systems often require regular greasing, which can lead to contamination and increased maintenance demands.

Efficiently flow-wrap up to 2000 pieces per minute

The Carugil CWFB flow-wrapper is a continuous-motion horizontal form, fill, and seal (HFFS) system designed to flow-wrap preformed pieces at speeds reaching 2,000 pieces per minute. Utilizing brushless servomotors and the latest generation electronic controls, this system ensures optimal synchronization of wrapping materials at high speed. It features an innovative transport system that eliminates the need for chain feeding, thereby reducing maintenance requirements and the risk of product contamination. Equipped with an automatic longitudinal correction system operated by a photoelectric cell, and a continuous tension control system for wrapping materials, it delivers precise and consistent wrapping. Additional features include an inkjet printer for date coding and a label applicator for efficiently applying self-adhesive stickers or tattoos.
