The Tetra Pak® TT/3 AD IC is a high-capacity filling solution designed explicitly for water packaging, capable of producing 9000 packs per hour from two lines. This system utilizes Advanced Distribution (AD) technology, giving the water a shelf life of up to 12 months in ambient conditions. The unit includes a Cap Application Unit (CAU) equipped with HEPA air to ensure hygiene is maintained. Additionally, the packaging material undergoes pre-treatment with hydrogen peroxide to further ensure sterility. The system’s operator interface is streamlined for ease of use, with features such as Package Line Monitoring Service (PLMS) for remote monitoring and automatic recipe handling. The injection moulding unit creates a sturdy, leak-proof joint for convenient opening, enhancing overall package quality.
