The MULTIPACK 3000 by IMA is a single-cell system designed for filling and wrapping pasty products such as butter, margarine, and fresh cheese. This system offers an exceptional dosing range from 50 to 1000 grams with a high accuracy of s=0.3 g for Qn < 250 g. The flexible design allows for different folding options including brick, cube, rolls, round, and oval shapes. Notable features include servo-driven main drive, individual servo-drives for wrapping material feed, and options like CIP cleanable dosing unit and remote access control. The MULTIPACK 3000 can output up to 100 packets per minute and utilizes various wrapping materials like parchment, aluminum laminated foil, and plastic coated papers.
