This flexibility is enhanced by its modular design, enabling the simultaneous filling of two different formats. The system’s maximum filling volume is 550 ml, with an output capacity ranging from 9,000 to 16,200 cups per hour. The DOGATHERM employs controlled, sterile air supply in the filling area to maintain hygiene up to the sealing station. It can handle a diverse array of dairy and dessert products including yogurts, mousses, and custards, as well as other items like dips, processed cheese, and instant soups.
