The Burford® Enrober is a compact enrobing system designed to provide complete dry topping coverage for dough pieces on high-speed bread lines. Its portable cantilever design allows for easy integration into existing lines and quick offline movement for product changeovers and sanitation. The system offers multiple options, such as extra mandrels for different toppings, side blocks and belts for various dough sizes, a low-level alarm, and automatic filling systems. It operates with a 110 VOLT, 50/60 HZ, 1 PHASE, 5 AMPS electrical requirement and needs 80 PSI air pressure and 40 PSI water pressure.
