The POLYTRON® PT-C series from Kinematica is an advanced EasyClean design disperser that addresses the problem of cumbersome cleaning. This disperser replaces the traditional stator tube with stator rods, allowing complete cleaning without disassembly and adhering to CIP (Clean-In-Place) and SIP (Sterilize-In-Place) standards. The design features a robust construction, with all parts in contact with the product made from 316L Stainless Steel, ensuring durability and resistance to corrosion. It is capable of operating under pressures of up to 10 bar and is available with single or double mechanical seal systems for both pressure and vacuum applications. For sensitive applications in the food and pharmaceutical industries, the POLYTRON® PT-C series offers sterile double mechanical systems. It accommodates batch volumes ranging from 50 to 10,000 liters, and shaft lengths can be customized to meet specific application requirements. The system also supports the integration of generators made from special materials like Hastelloy for abrasive materials or coated to resist corrosive chemicals. Explosion-proof versions compliant with ATEX and NEMA standards are available for hazardous environments.
