The Dual-Jacketed 200L 316L SS Reactor from Across International is designed for effective winterization in botanical extraction processes. This reactor features a dual jacket system with an outer sealed insulation jacket, ensuring optimal temperature performance within the chamber. Made from 316L pharmaceutical-grade stainless steel, all wetted parts resist corrosion and enhance sterilization. The reactor includes a shell and tube heat exchanger with 70 tubes for superior condensation results. The Electropolished interior greatly reduces surface roughness, improving vacuum pressures, out-gassing rates, and prolonging equipment lifespan. Additionally, the reactor is equipped with detachable condenser and collection tanks, high drain port clearance, and large ports for easy cleaning. The entire system is mounted on a heavy-duty stainless-steel frame with swivel casters for portability.
