By integrating a PANE dough strip line with a classic EVOLUTION roll line, this system enables gentle production of various roll types. The dough strip line is designed to handle softer doughs, resulting in a particularly open crumb structure. Available in configurations of up to six rows, the system can manage up to 1,460 kg of dough per hour. The modular design of the EVOLUTION roll line means it can be expanded and customized to fit specific production needs. The system also features pre-proofing and precise cutting tools to maintain high weight accuracy and consistent quality.
