Distribute dough efficiently to multiple points

The SNT – Dough Distribution system from GEA receives mixture from one or more mixers and transfers it to machines located downstream. It employs containers mounted on a motor-driven system running on rails, equipped with a lower discharge gate for smooth and swift transfer. An encoder controls the position of the motor-driven support structure, ensuring precision. The system is designed to allow easy access with a detachable feeding hopper and an optional container lowering system. Additionally, the motor-driven rack and stainless-steel round tubes facilitate an effective washing process, preventing product stagnation. The capacity of the system is 35 kg, supporting 1-3 vessels on the same rail.
