The KREIS-DISSOLVER® from Wilhelm Niemann is a floor-mounted dispersing system designed for medium to high-viscous products. The system can handle viscosities up to 1,000,000 mPas with batch sizes ranging from 30 to 5000 liters. Driving power ranges from 6.8 to 160 kW, using either modern frequency converter technology or Niemann’s mechanical pulley-drive system. It features a height-adjustable toothed disc for precise dispersion within 10-15 minutes, achieving possible finenesses under 5µm. The system supports various options such as ATEX certification, double suction disc, and temperature control, catering to diverse industrial needs. Ideal for applications in paints, coatings, adhesives, and cosmetic products.
