The SIT synchronous belt system transfers reagent kits with exact positioning to prevent damage. A servo-controlled needle ensures precise liquid levels, minimizing foam formation. Optional weighing modules are available to allow all-around weighing for multi-chamber filling. The system supports various filling methods, including glass, plunger, peristaltic, and rotary valve ceramic pumps, making it versatile for different bottle types. Temperature precision is managed by PT100 thermal resistance and PID high accuracy algorithms with dynamic compensation. The aluminum film is uniformly positioned and sealed with multi-step forming and servo electric cylinders for excellent sealing accuracy.
