This system utilizes a belt-fed reel to deliver packets to a guillotine cutter, which separates them before dropping each packet into a waiting bottle. The bottle indexing system ensures precise placement, holding each container under the packet chute until the desiccant is properly dispensed. With a rate of 40 to 50 packets per minute, the inserter optimizes the packaging process. Built with heavy-duty construction and featuring a user-friendly touch screen operation, this inserter is reliable and easy to operate. It requires 220V electrical input and air pressure of 100 PSI – 2 CFM to function. Specifications include a height of 5 feet, length of 4 feet, and depth of 2 feet, with an overall weight of 550 lbs.
