The Cyclone Mill TWISTER from Retsch is specifically designed for the precise processing of food and feed samples prior to NIR analysis. This mill achieves size reduction through impact and friction between the rotor and the grinding ring, ensuring efficient pulverization. A built-in cyclone separator creates an air jet that cools the sample during grinding, preventing moisture loss. The TWISTER comes with three adjustable rotor speeds (10,000 / 12,000 / 14,000 min-1) to optimize processing for various samples. The easy-to-clean design minimizes the risk of cross-contamination, and the robust 900 W industrial motor guarantees long-term operation.
