An adjustable shelf positions the molds correctly, and an automatic spatula portions the curd. An electric control panel manages the drum speed, shelf lift, conveyor chains, and spatula operation. Capable of filling around 3 block molds per minute, this setup’s efficiency may vary depending on curd type and whey content.
