A key feature is its steam jacket, utilizing the Rollbond-Dimple plate system for effective steam heating and cooling. This ensures even temperature distribution across the curd, preventing hotspots and ensuring uniform cooking. The cylindrical design with a conic bottom, equipped with a mixing motor coupled with a gearbox, ensures thorough mixing. The unit also features a manhole cover for easy access, a discharging valve for efficient product outlet, and three feet for stable support. Additionally, an access ladder allows easy maintenance and monitoring.
