The vertical sealing options include hot air blast, rotating band heat sealer, or hot bar seam sealer, offering versatility based on the packaging needs. The machine’s electrical control is managed through motion control integrated in the PLC, with movements driven by independent brushless motors, making it highly reliable. This system can handle a max film width of 600 mm, offering flexibility in bag types, including pillow and flat bottom bags. It achieves packaging speeds up to 120 bags per minute for pillow bags and 100 bags per minute for flat bottom bags.
