Ensure dust-free and contamination-free loading
The Volkmann contained Rip-and-Tip unloading station is designed to safely open and empty bulk materials from bags, boxes, or small containers without dust or contamination. Featuring a modular design, the system allows for flexible configuration to meet different installation requirements. Materials are introduced through a roller conveyor into an isolator via an optional dust lock, entering a negative pressure unloading chamber. Inside the glove box isolator, materials are manually opened and discharged into a feeding hopper for vacuum transfer. Optional lump breakers and material agitators enhance the process. The station can be optionally fitted with flushing systems for internal cleaning, continuous de-dusting, and filtration.
