Conical mill for particle size reduction

In industries where precise particle size reduction is critical, traditional grinding methods often fail to deliver uniform results. Achieving consistent particle sizes while maintaining product integrity can be challenging, especially for heat-sensitive materials or rugged applications.

Reduce particle size with adjustable settings

The Hanningfield Uni-Mill B-Series is a conical mill suitable for achieving high-efficiency size reduction with minimal heat generation. Utilizing the industry-standard over-driven design, the mill features a belt-driven impeller rotating inside a screen. This setup allows for the compression and shearing of particles to reach sizes as low as 150 microns (80 mesh). Constructed from 316L stainless steel for all contact parts and 304 stainless steel for non-contact parts, the unit complies with FDA regulations. The Uni-Mill B-Series includes models M10-B, M20-B, M30-B, and M60-B, each designed to provide varying throughput capacities from 360 kg/hr to 7200 kg/hr. Optional features like temperature monitoring, nitrogen purging, and ATEX compliance offer flexible customization. This makes the Uni-Mill suitable for pharmaceutical, food and beverage, chemical, cannabis, and nutraceutical industries.
