Featuring a flexible dough divider with an extended weight range, this system efficiently divides, moulds, and proofs dough into various shapes, from smooth round rolls to long-rolled breads. Operating continuously and fully automatically, MINIROLL processes up to 7,500 pieces per hour, making it ideal for high-demand environments.
Equipped with a Siemens S7 fully automatic control system, MINIROLL offers simple and reliable operation with features like automatic weight adjustment and manual pressure controls.
