The MINIROLL from WP Bakery Technologies is a compact roll baking system designed for small bakery items. It features an integrated drum round moulder with the MULTIMATIC C dividing principle, offering a wide range of product options including long-rolled breads, smooth round rolls, hamburger buns, cylindrical rolls, and double rolls. The system is space-saving while providing a high production capacity of up to 7,500 pieces per hour. The MINIROLL includes a multi-row system with adjustable working widths of 600 mm and 800 mm, and an extended weight range of 35 g to 90 g (optional up to 150 g). It also boasts features like a maintenance-free ribbon chain, automatic weight adjustment, and intense degermination for hygienic safety. The operational flexibility is enhanced with a bypass belt for direct reconditioning without a proofing cabinet, and an integrated shelf for pressure board or top belt storage. The fully automatic control system, powered by SIEMENS S 7, ensures simple and safe operation, while its stainless steel design facilitates easy cleaning.
