This system combines forming, filling, and sealing functions within a 60 m² space, making it ideal for facilities with space constraints. It offers a high level of automation, requiring just one operator to run effectively. The Tetra Pak® R2’s unique interface allows for easy monitoring and management of production. You can switch between six package volumes in approximately 30 minutes, while converting between different formats takes only about 4 hours. The system operates at noise levels significantly lower than industry norms and ensures continuous, controlled sealing through induction technology. Tetra Pak supplies the R2, which can handle smooth sauces, chunky soups, vegetables, ready meals like pasta bolognese, and pet food.
