Compact cleaning in place units for food industry

Efficient cleaning of multiple processing items in a localized food processing room can be challenging. Ensuring reproducibility, traceability, and conformance to industry standards requires a reliable cleaning-in-place (CIP) system.

Ensure reliable and traceable Cip cycles

The Opticlean™ unit by Pierre Guerin is a compact Cleaning-In-Place system designed for the food industry. This unit includes a multi-compartment horizontal tank with capacities of 1500, 1800, and 2000 liters, and normally features 2 to 3 supply-return lines running in Re-Use mode. It meets EHEDG, 3A, and FDA standards. The complete automation of the unit ensures the reproducibility and traceability of the CIP cycles. Equipped with dedicated “Audit-Trail” and Batch report modules utilizing an SQL database, the system provides full process traceability. The control system uses a micro-PLC and PC-based control technology developed from non-proprietary platforms like WinCC-Flex, iFix, and InTouch. These pre-mounted, pre-wired, and pre-tested units ensure fast installation and commissioning.
