Capable of producing up to 1,440 capsules per minute, this system ensures high output and precision. It supports various materials including plastic, aluminum, and paper. The FS 910 operates with minimal material waste via its diagonal foil punching, reducing waste by up to 30%. This equipment also offers the option for filling and sealing in a shielded gas atmosphere, reducing residual oxygen to maintain freshness. The linear transport mechanism is optimized for dry cleaning access and can be upgraded with additional stations for extended processes, including secondary packaging. Specifications include 12 lanes, a connected load of 15-30 kW, and dimensions of 12 x 4 x 2.5 meters.
