With its ability to produce up to 2,000 capsules per minute, it significantly boosts productivity for large producers. The FS 960 HV is an upgrade of the FS 960, providing an additional two lanes for more output while maintaining minimal scheduled downtimes and fewer unplanned stops. This model handles various capsule types, including Nespresso, Dolce Gusto, and K-Cup, and works with multiple materials such as plastic, aluminum, and paper. Designed for 24/7 operation, it ensures ease of access for maintenance, reducing the cleaning cycles necessary to maintain hygiene standards. Furthermore, the FS 960 HV employs integrated Delta robots for swift and precise part repositioning and can be upgraded for additional processes, including secondary packaging. The machine is 12 x 4 meters in size and requires a connected load of 3 x 400 V + Pe / 50 Hz with a rated power of 30 kW.
