The Selmi Winnower is a stainless steel unit designed to crush roasted cocoa beans and separate the nibs from the shell efficiently. The machine features stainless steel roller crushers and a two-level adjustable airflow system for precise separation. The system utilizes two separate hoppers: one collects the cocoa nibs, and the other collects the processing waste. With a compact design that fits medium to large laboratories, the machine operates at 220V single-phase power with a power draw of 2 kW. It can process up to 50 kg of cocoa beans per hour, ensuring efficiency and reliability in the production line.
