The cleaning solution tanks from Co.Mac are designed to address the stringent cleaning requirements of beverage production lines. These tanks range from 300 liters up to larger cylindrical tanks starting at 600 liters, accommodating capacities of up to 120 kegs per hour. Each tank is equipped with essential components such as a pneumatic water loading valve, centrifugal pump, level probe, temperature probe, and pneumatic drain valve. The smaller tanks use internal coil heating systems, while larger ones utilize external tubular heat exchangers, ensuring precise temperature control. Available as AISI 304L or AISI 316L stainless steel, these tanks are suitable for caustic and acid solutions. Optional features include insulation and automatic titration systems for better management of cleaning solutions.
