This classifier mill is universal for materials up to a Mohs’ hardness of approximately 3.5 and achieves extremely high end-product fineness values, from < 5 µm to 200 µm, with low energy consumption. It features an impact beater mill with an integrated Turboplex classifier for precise top-size limitation. Its welded design includes grinding elements made of special steel. The ZPS mill's efficient grinding process is facilitated by an impact beater unit and a stationary triangular-ribbed grinding track, ensuring continuous comminution and transportation.
