Chocolate chip depositor for small scale production
Producing consistent and uniform chocolate chips in small-scale production environments can be challenging due to the need for precise control over chip size and weight. Ensuring uniformity and efficiency is crucial to meet industry standards and product specifications.

Produces consistent chocolate chips efficiently
The Chocolate Drop Line by AMP Rose is designed to produce chocolate chips with weights ranging from 0.05g to 0.2g, operating at up to 20 strokes per minute. The depositor features twin jacketed hoppers constructed entirely from stainless steel, ensuring durability and hygiene. The twin rotary valve with a horizontal piston design enhances precision and control. This system includes an Allen-Bradley Panel View 600 for adjusting piston strokes and speeds, allowing for fine-tuning and customizable operations. Cleaning and maintenance are simplified with 96 pistons mounted on two drive bars that can be easily disconnected and removed. The main frame, made from mild steel with food-quality powder coat paint, provides robust support while the stainless steel drive cover and door enhance operational safety.
