The Macchia Temperante by Selmi is a benchtop dispensing unit designed for chocolate and spreadable creams. This dispenser features a volumetric dispenser and a flow control pedal, ensuring precise portion control. With a compact size, it is ideal for use in smaller workspaces such as patisseries, cafes, and ice cream shops. The unit operates on a 400 V three-phase electrical supply but can be modified to 220 V single-phase or 220 V three-phase as needed. It has a tank capacity of 10 kg and requires a connection to a running water supply of 35 liters per hour. The dimensions of the unit are 850 mm in height, 420 mm in width, and 700 mm in depth, increasing to 1360 mm in height when the tube is attached.
