Ensures uniform chocolate coating and precise temperature control

The Tetra Pak® Pump Station Centrifugal 100 M2 is a specialized unit designed for optimized chocolate circulation and feeding. This standalone, plug-and-play station is easy to maneuver, ensuring consistent product quality by maintaining the chocolate coating at a precise temperature of +/- 2°. It delivers homogeneous coating and uniform results, even when applying a mix of dry and liquid coatings. The optional water circulation system ensures even heat distribution by circulating water in the tank’s water jacket. The frequency inverter pump speed control adjusts the pump capacity on the fly, allowing visual control of production results and the ability to increase circulation rates as needed. The remote control enables on-demand feeding to dipping systems, and the dry stuff unit allows precise dosing of dry ingredients into the mix. Applications include chocolate or other coating matter for ice cream products, with or without inclusions. The system has a capacity range of 10 – 900 l/h.
