The CR-1P by Opem is a new generation capsule filling system designed for high accuracy and efficiency. It features a linear system with one lane and includes an empty capsules feeding system with random feeding and a denester for stacked capsules. Driven by a brushless servo motor, the screw dispenser ensures a filling accuracy of ± 0.2 grams. The CR-1P is equipped with in-line weight control and feedback adjustment for the dispenser, automatically rejecting any out-of-tolerance capsules. Additionally, it integrates packaging capabilities for single or double bags with inert gas injection, ensuring product freshness. Capable of filling up to 75 capsules per minute, this system is ideal for maintaining high standards in capsule production.
