The Panther by Root Sciences is a high-pressure homogenization system tailored for the creation of cannabis nanoemulsions. Capable of producing up to 100 L/h, it ensures uniform and tiny droplet sizes between 20 and 600 nanometers, enhancing product stability and bioavailability. The system applies extreme shear forces through a GEA High Pressure Homogenizer, creating consistent and stable nanoemulsions that resist separation. The Panther features multiple electrical options and requires lubricating and cooling water at 60 L/h. With a feeding hopper volume of 4.5 L and a minimum sample volume of 200 mL, it’s designed for seamless integration into large-scale manufacturing. Optional upgrades include a heat exchanger and in-line medium or large SS tank systems.
