Additionally, its adjustable pump offers a dispensing range of 0 to 10 US gallons per minute. The fully adjustable air curtain, enhanced with a blower and radiant heater, ensures even coating distribution. An oscillator feature provides string icing effects for decorative purposes. The unit supports a processing speed of up to 1000 cakes per hour, with a tank volume of 40 US gallons.
