Burrito forming equipment

In high-demand food production environments, manual burrito wrapping can lead to inconsistencies and labor inefficiencies. Managing uniform filling distribution and precise folding becomes a challenge, often impacting product quality and output rates.

Automates wrapping and filling for consistent burritos

The Burrito Forming Machine from ANKO streamlines the burrito production process by automating key steps. Designed to simulate manual wrapping techniques, the equipment uses sensors to detect placed tortillas and then deposits a consistent, precise quantity of filling. This is followed by automatic folding, creating up to 1,000 burritos per hour. The system minimizes labor costs while enhancing both the quality and capacity of production. Measuring 3,400 mm in length, 680 mm in width, and 2,000 mm in height, it supports tortillas sized 9.5-10.5 inches. The machine incorporates an 80 kg filling hopper, and its power consumption is rated at 1.5 kW. Suitable for various types of wraps, it aligns with food production needs by ensuring reliability and high throughput.
