The ML611 by Marchesini is an automatic, intermittent motion solution designed for filling bottles with volumetric dosing or through Electromagnetic Flow Meters or Coriolis Mass Flow Meters. The safety norms have been followed, and it comes with the Πmark. Its balcony design ensures a clear separation between bottle transport and mechanical areas, making it cGMP compliant. It can handle bottle sizes ranging from 30 to 90 mm in diameter and heights from 35 to 220 mm. Fast size changeover and adjustable conveyor speed enhance its flexibility. The machine can fill between 30 to 1000 ml depending on the dosing system and supports an output of up to 100 bottles per minute.
