The Rolling Bed Dryer WB-T by Allgaier Process Technology is designed to effectively dry all types of biomass using a low temperature level and long residence time. This equipment combines the benefits of both Drum Dryers and Fluidized Bed Dryers. The product layer is positioned on a perforated plate, with drying air circulating from below, ensuring consistent and gentle drying. An agitator stirs the product for excellent mixing and transport, preventing the formation of moist zones and ensuring uniform drying. It is highly suitable for waste/recycling, biofuel industries, and agriculture, efficiently handling large wood chips, green waste, bioresidues, and digestate. The low operating costs are a result of utilizing residual energy.
