The TF PAN Evaporators by Tropical Food Machinery are engineered for the efficient concentration of pulpy juices to produce high-viscosity concentrates. These evaporators operate under vacuum conditions and utilize steam heating to boil the product at low temperatures, preserving the flavors, aromas, and overall organoleptic quality. The system’s design allows for installation in various production lines, accommodating capacities from 1,000 l/h to 10,000 l/h of evaporated water. Additionally, these evaporators enable production ranges from 20 – 65 °Brix, depending on the product, and can be seamlessly added to existing lines for enhanced or expanded production capabilities.
