The DEA310 Batch-Deaerator by OMVE is designed for small-scale product processing, offering a significant reduction in dissolved air and gas. This system can be applied either as a standalone unit or integrated before heat treatment processes. OMVE’s DEA310 provides three different methods of deaeration: static disc, rotary disc, and spray nozzle, allowing for optimal customization based on the application. With single or multiple passes, the system achieves a concentration level of 0.5 ppm or less, ensuring minimal oxidation and extended product shelf life. The integrated aroma recovery condenser helps retain natural flavors, preventing any loss of aroma during the process. The system includes tanks with capacities of 10L, 20L, or 50L and features automated vacuum control, full integration with other OMVE equipment, and a built-in Cleaning in Place (CIP) program for easier maintenance.
