The Wafer Baking Machine BAC by Hebenstreit is designed for fully automatic production of high-quality flat and hollow wafer sheets. It operates with 35 to 150 baking tongs, capable of producing up to 65 wafer sheets per minute. Featuring a robust baking tong chain with a virtually wear-resistant locking system, it can handle the high-pressure load alternations common in continuous operation. The baking plates can be heated by natural gas or LPG, and are separated into inner heating zones and cooler outer zones to extend the life of the machinery. The machine also includes a fully automatic laser cleaning system that can maintain the baking plate surface without causing long-term wear, even after 20 years of use.
