The equipment’s versatility is showcased through its servo adjustment mechanism, accommodating various tube lengths for a wide range of configurations. Notably, it integrates hot air and metal folding closing systems, further enhancing its adaptability. The machine supports quick changeovers without the need for tools, thanks to its user-friendly design, which includes a touchscreen control panel with self-diagnostic and help functions. Capabilities span tube diameters from 10 mm to 50 mm for plastic tubes and 10 mm to 40 mm for metal tubes, with tube heights from 50 mm to 250 mm, and filling capacities ranging from 3 ml to 350 ml. It operates at speeds of up to 200 tubes per minute.
