The machine starts by pressing, pulling, and cutting the dough to form the pastry wrapper. It then stuffs the filling and shapes the shumai before sending them to the conveyor. You can customize the weight of each shumai from 14g to 80g and adjust the height between the wrappers and fillings. The garnishing device allows for additional ingredients like green peas or diced carrots to be automatically placed on the shumai, enhancing its visual appeal. Designed for ease of operation, cleaning, assembling, and repairing, this machine can handle various fillings such as beef, pork, shrimp, and fish paste. It meets food safety standards with parts made from food-grade stainless steel and plastic.
