Automated Cip station for brewery cleaning

Maintaining hygienic conditions in brewery equipment such as piping, tanks, and filling units is crucial to prevent contamination and ensure product quality. Traditional manual cleaning methods often fail to deliver the consistency and thoroughness required in modern brewing operations.

Ensure consistent and thorough cleaning

The CIP Station from Alfa Laval is a modular skid-mounted plug-in system designed for automated cleaning-in-place procedures suited for brewery equipment. Developed in cooperation with the brewing industry, this compact and robust module supports the cleaning of piping, tanks, filling machines, heat exchangers, and more. Designed for flexibility, it allows for adjustable cleaning parameters including time, temperature, pressure, and flow to meet diverse process requirements. Built with stainless steel and heat-resistant seals, the system is compliant with food industry regulations. Components can include detergent tanks, or adapt to customer-provided tanks. An integrated plate heat exchanger heats the cleaning solution, which is then circulated through the equipment and either drained or recycled. Automatic control of temperature, flow, and detergent concentration ensures reliable operation, while user-defined cleaning sequences and schedules provide ease of use.
