The VARI-DOS-ASEPT by GEA is designed for accurate dosing of aseptic liquid products in very small quantities. The product is supplied in sterilized pharmaceutical bags with connected hoses and dosing needles, ensuring a completely sterile handling process. The system includes an automatic sterilization feature that operates at temperatures exceeding 125 °C, sterilizing all components in contact with the product. This eliminates the need for manual sterilization, reducing the risk of contamination. The dosing station boasts a filling capacity of 6 – 12 m³/h and supports bag sizes of 5 and 10 kg. It also features a special aseptic multi-function port valve that allows for continuous operation without interruption, maintaining high productivity while ensuring product safety.
