The CONTIGRAV® 1030 by Haensel-Processing is a modular weighing system that caters to a diverse array of recipe requirements, ensuring gram-level accuracy for cost-efficient operation. Equipped to handle granular, powdery, and liquid components, it uses separate dosing units with low cells for the smallest components, delivering exceptional formula accuracy. This feature is especially crucial for pharmaceuticals or other high-quality additives. With the capability to feed up to five different manufacturing lines simultaneously and a maximum output of 8,000 kg/h, the CONTIGRAV® 1030 is versatile and high-capacity. An optional THERMOGRAV add-on allows the system to dissolve granulated sugar or process milk components using Teflon scrapers, enhancing its functionality.
