The VARICOVER® Product Recovery System by GEA is designed to efficiently recover viscous and flowing products from pipelines without contamination. Adhering to the new 3A standard, it is suitable for use in the US beverage, food, and pharmaceutical industries. This system includes a pig cleaning station, a pig catching station, and a pig stopper, all designed to improve ease of use and sensor adjustment. The system can be applied from product reception to storage tanks and filler lines. It supports automatic, semi-automatic, and manual operations, allowing for flexibility based on your process requirements. Operating pressure varies up to 16 bar for small sizes and 10 bar for larger sizes, with sterilizing temperatures reaching up to 150° C for short periods. Material compatibility includes FDA-compliant silicone and FKM seals.
