<h2>Turning wood and plastic byproducts into uniform pellets using a complete pelletizing system</h2>
The Complete Pellet Line from SALMATEC is a pelletizing system that includes multiple processes from conditioning raw materials and turning them into uniformly sized pellets. The entire system is specifically designed for the required product specifications. The conditioner helps the products achieve the optimum amount of moisture before feeding them to the pelletizer. The moisture content of raw materials can be controlled through a conditioning system in which the product moves inside a chamber while steam is also injected.

The pelletizer can be equipped with 2 or 3 rollers and multiple knives to cut the extruded products from the die into the necessary pellet size. The pellets then go to the cooler to prevent them from sticking to each other before storing them for at least one day in the silos. Also referred to as biogas purification, biogas upgrading is an excellent alternative to a CHP (combined heat and power) system that generates heat and electricity. CHP’s are usually expensive and causes air pollution. However, a biogas upgrading system can turn your plant into a sustainable and profitable organization. You thus need a membrane separation technology which is able to upgrade biogas to natural gas quality by filtering out CO2 and other unwanted components.


<h2>Separates methane from biogas with more than 99.5% efficiency</h2>
PurePac Grand by Bright Biomethane is a sustainable biogas upgrading solution, ideal for large-scale biomethane production. The membrane separation modules are designed into a 45 ft. container, whereas the pre-treatment and compressor are situated outside the housing. You can also use this model as an indoor unit solution, but the pre-treatment will then have to be placed outside the building.

It is capable of upgrading over 1,000 Nm3/hr of biogas to biomethane, making it ideal for vehicular fuel production and gas grid injection. The unit can also be extended with a carbon dioxide recovery system for food-grade CO2 production, thus creating an additional source of revenue for plant owners.

The membrane unit separates the gas by applying an imposed pressure difference over the membrane, which results in two different gas streams. One is a CO2-rich gas, and the other is a product gas that has a high methane value. The model is ideal for upgrading 400 to 1000 Nm3/hr of biogas to biomethane and can be used for the production of vehicle fuel or for gas grid injection.
