The Wet Granulator FGS II from ERWEKA is designed for the production of wet granules with an oscillating rotor. This granulator can produce granules in varying sizes depending on the employed sieve mesh, making it highly versatile. All parts that come into contact with the product are made of stainless steel, ensuring durability and ease of cleaning. Its working capacity reaches up to 30 kg per hour, depending on the material and sieve mesh width used. The granulator is supplied with two sieves (1.0 mm and 1.6 mm MW) as standard, with additional mesh sizes available to meet specific needs, ranging from 0.315 mm to 3.15 mm. An integrated emergency stop feature enhances operator safety.
