Precisely feed free-flowing materials
The ED 20 and ED 20 B are volumetric single-screw feeders from Three-Tec, designed for the precise feeding of free-flowing materials. These feeders are suitable for handling powders, flakes, fibers, and granulates up to 3 mm in particle size. They feature an intervention protection system, horizontal or vertical discharge pipes, and options for a discharge aid or bridge breaker. With an AC three-phase motor, they provide a throughput of 9.6-208 l/h, and with a servo motor, a throughput of 0.4-277 l/h. The diameter of the metering tools is 20 mm, and the dosing hopper capacity is 4.5 liters, with additional funnel capacities of 12, 25, or 50 liters or custom sizes. The ED 20 and ED 20 B differ slightly in weight, with the ED 20 at 15 kg and the ED 20 B at 25 kg, depending on the version. They are ideal for processes requiring consistent material feed, ensuring efficiency and reducing waste.
