Vibratory bottom discharge system for bulk materials
When dealing with poorly-flowing, non-fluidizable bulk materials, ensuring consistent flow from storage silos and vessels can present significant challenges. Standard discharge methods often lead to blockages or uneven material flow, complicating the material handling process.

Activate bulk material flow with vibration
The VB vibratory bottom by Zeppelin Systems is designed for the activation and discharge of bulk materials from silos and vessels. Utilizing a vibratory mechanism, this system addresses the issue of poorly-flowing materials by ensuring uniform movement. It is suitable for both internal and external storage silos and can be connected to downstream units via a sleeve and connecting nozzles, creating a closed and freely vibrating discharge system. Made from 1.4307 stainless steel, the VB vibratory bottom features a welded-in relief cone, a firmly attached unbalanced motor, and vertical buffering suspension rings that ensure stable and uniform discharge. The design includes an emergency slide valve for removal of downstream units when the silo is full. The system operates efficiently within a temperature range of -10°C to 80°C and is ATEX-compliant, making it suitable for use in various industrial environments.
