Vial capping for small volume parenteral
In aseptic pharmaceutical production, ensuring a secure and contamination-free capping process for Small Volume Parenteral (SVP) requires advanced technology. Common challenges include maintaining a sterile environment and optimizing capping precision to prevent product loss and ensure safety.

Ensures precise and contamination-free vial capping
The CAPSY-LC offered by Marchesini is designed for efficient capping of vials in aseptic conditions. This rotary capping system guarantees perfect alu-sealing with either traditional or Flip-off alu-caps. Utilizing ‘Vertical Wall Mounting’ technology, it provides complete accessibility and ease of maintenance. The ‘Balcony Style’ vial transport mechanism ensures optimal laminar air flow for maximum sterility. Additionally, it features wash-in-place capabilities and a fast decontamination cycle with VHP. The system uses a single blade for no-particle capping and employs brushless motors for controlled vial spinning. Automated systems manage stopper presence, position control, and faulty vial rejection, thus enhancing reliability and efficiency. This machine is compatible with various pharma-wall integrations like oRABS, cRABS, and Isolators.
